Sukabumi
Sukabumi
is a little city in Indonesia. There have many sports that people often do.
Also there have many sport areas or facilities. Like in the morning or
afternoon they were often do jogging at the park in Sukabumi. The park is mardeka
field. In mardeka field, they are not just do jogging, but also can do another
sports. Like basketball, soccer. The sports in Sukabumi not just in Mardeka
field. in another place you can find sport areas like futsal, swimming park and
etc. Also, In Sukabumi have traditional sport like pencak silat. Many kind of
sports in Sukabumi, but right now i just want to tell about three sports in
Sukabumi. Sports in Sukabumi that i want to tell is Pencak silat, basketball and
futsal.
Pencak
silat is traditional sports that only in Indonesia. Pencak silat is a material
art that blurs the line between dance and self defense. When doing this sport,
the first thing that is required is concentration. This material movements of a
monkey, tiger, snake, or hawk. Pencak silat useful to build one’s personality
and noble character. In Sukabumi, pencak silat It is usually taught to groups
of children at islamic boarding schools.
Basketball
is a sport, generally played by two teams of five players on a rectangular
court. In Sukabumi i often saw the people usually played basketball in mardeka
field. because in mardeka field have basketball facilities. Like the field to
play that basketball and also the basketball hoop. But except the ball for play
basketball not available there. You must bring your own basketball.
Futsal
is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper.
The goal is to enter the ball into the opponent’s goal, by manipulating the
ball with the foot. Unlike the game of football in the other room, indoor
soccer field lines is limited, not net or board. This place to play this sport
that really easy to find in Sukabumi.
So,
many sports and sport facilities available on Sukabumi. As i told earlier
sports material arts, basketball and futsal. Because many facilities available
on Sukabumi, so let’s to doing exercise. To make your body more healthy. Maybe
you think that it’s to lazy to do exercise, so i do. but, i wanna try it. First
i will do a simple exercise like jogging. It’s sound dun and easy, but it hard
for me to wake up in the morning to do exercise and to lazy to jogging at
afternoon. I know i wrong if i have lazy habit like this. But i wanna change,
so let’s do exercise with your heart i mean with happy.
