Is indisputable that honey has many benefits. Sports in Sukabumi

Sukabumi is a little city in Indonesia. There have many sports that people often do. Also there have many sport areas or facilities. Like in the morning or afternoon they were often do jogging at the park in Sukabumi. The park is mardeka field. In mardeka field, they are not just do jogging, but also can do another sports. Like basketball, soccer. The sports in Sukabumi not just in Mardeka field. in another place you can find sport areas like futsal, swimming park and etc. Also, In Sukabumi have traditional sport like pencak silat. Many kind of sports in Sukabumi, but right now i just want to tell about three sports in Sukabumi. Sports in Sukabumi that i want to tell is Pencak silat, basketball and futsal.

Pencak silat is traditional sports that only in Indonesia. Pencak silat is a material art that blurs the line between dance and self defense. When doing this sport, the first thing that is required is concentration. This material movements of a monkey, tiger, snake, or hawk. Pencak silat useful to build one’s personality and noble character. In Sukabumi, pencak silat It is usually taught to groups of children at islamic boarding schools.

Basketball is a sport, generally played by two teams of five players on a rectangular court. In Sukabumi i often saw the people usually played basketball in mardeka field. because in mardeka field have basketball facilities. Like the field to play that basketball and also the basketball hoop. But except the ball for play basketball not available there. You must bring your own basketball.

Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. The goal is to enter the ball into the opponent’s goal, by manipulating the ball with the foot. Unlike the game of football in the other room, indoor soccer field lines is limited, not net or board. This place to play this sport that really easy to find in Sukabumi.

So, many sports and sport facilities available on Sukabumi. As i told earlier sports material arts, basketball and futsal. Because many facilities available on Sukabumi, so let’s to doing exercise. To make your body more healthy. Maybe you think that it’s to lazy to do exercise, so i do. but, i wanna try it. First i will do a simple exercise like jogging. It’s sound dun and easy, but it hard for me to wake up in the morning to do exercise and to lazy to jogging at afternoon. I know i wrong if i have lazy habit like this. But i wanna change, so let’s do exercise with your heart i mean with happy.

Masjid agung is located in the midle of city Sukabumi. Mosque with an area of 100 square meters stand on indigenous ancestral land endowments named Ahmad juwaeni.Masjid agung is the most famous mosque in Sukabumi, the mosque has been exist since 110 years ago. In the first time there was a single tower, than the function of mosque became centeres of education of muslim sukabumi. The mosque was expanded with the addition of the floor and the build three towers.
The mosqueis so beautiful,it has unique handle door the sharpe is kujang,sundanesse traditiona; weapon. when entered the room is wide with a red soft carpet In the front (mihrab )there are as-syahadah calligraphy written in the field of semi circle.in some parts of the window,there are ornaments that adorn the orange glass,which looks beautiful when exposed to the reflection of sunlight from the outside.in the midle of the mosque,under the main large dome,there is a unique large chandelier.
The place is so comfortable,the atmosphere is very quite and cool although the mosque located in the midle of city,make everone devoted to pray.the mosque has many al-qur’an that can use by anyone else.the mosque has a large parking place for motorcsycle and the garden infornt of mosque make the mosque cool and pople can relax their mind in there.
Almost every peoplen come to masjid agung because the mosque is adjacent to several agencies or important intitutions in sukabumi, and near mall and many bank in sukabumi and hospital. When Ramadhan month masjid agung give takjil to people who came to the mosque,and when eid Mubarak,masjid agung full of people who praying together .many Islamic events held in masjid agung such as jumatan, read al-quran together,sharing about Islamic religion and many more.
Masjid agung is famous because it’s exsit since long time ago and the mosque has large building and it is so beautiful , make everyone comfortbale and the place is strategic in the midle of city so many people come to the mosque and feel devoted when praying to
Allah.

Taste Of Sukabumi food

Every single town has its own special food, it also happens in Sukabumi which has many kinds of food. Some of them are liked by many people in Sukabumi and tourists from out of town. Now i will tell the special food from Sukabumi which are being the food lovers most favorite food. They are Soto Mie agih, Sekoten Singapore,  Mochi Kaswari.

Soto mie agih is one of main course menu which is filling and being the food lovers most favorite food in Sukabumi. One portion contains soft noodle, beef slices, and tasty broth. They make soto mie agih becomes the best cuisine to taste by the food lovers. With tasty and soft noodle, also a little spicy taste ; they make this cuisine becomes the most favorite food in Sukabumi, even for the tourists. You can find this cuisine on Jalan Odeon, Sukabumi

Sekoteng singapore, i will explain the one of the dessert in Sukabumi and that's consisting  with : warm ginger water, slices of bread, pearls, and some milk biscuits.The food becomes the favorite for food lovers in Sukabumi because it contains warm ginger water and also some others ingredient that make our body feel warm when we eat it. This food becomes the most favorite in Sukabumi especially if it serves in the cold weather or in the evening.

And last is Mochi is the most favorite food in Sukabumi with ingredients : glutinous rice flour, sugar, butter, maizena, and peanuts which make tourists do seek for this special food in Sukabumi. With some various flavors like; chocolate, durian, green peas, and others make this food becomes a favorite food in Sukabumi. Because once you have tried one flavor, you will want another certainly

            Al-Bayan boarding school is boarding school featured in Sukabumi. The mission from this boarding school is to make Ridho ALLAH SWT as objective in studying and work in professional, forming a personal independent and achievement. Embody the culture love the school clean, green, and comfortable, apply the technology of communications and information in learning, apply the basic science and technology done with a sense of responsibility and religious.
               Yaspida boarding school can make the students to balance between the life of the school with life in boarding school, so it can produce students who have intellectual, moral and mental in order to compete in the life of the truth. With an environment that competitive and free from a bad influence, this boarding school is able to ensure the students in the face of the challenge with always hold on religion. That’s what make this boarding school famous.
                The Hayatan Thayyibah boarding school is blends emotional and spiritual as well as the sheep, the concept of it makes the name of Hayatan Thayyibah became famous. As we know, if the concepts was mixed that can produce something fantastic.

           Sukabumi Regency is a regency in the West Java Province, Indonesia. The capital city of the Sukabumi Regency is located in PelabuhanRatu. Sukabumi Regency is one of the most popular place of interest in West Java. There are several place of interest in Sukabumi Regency very interesting to visit. Sukabumi Regency also became one of a tourist destination when the holiday or weekend. The beauty of nature make it became a favorite place to spend the holiday with the family or friends. Sukabumi Regency has three place of interest, among of them are; Pelabuhan Ratu, Ciletuh Geopark, and Ujung Genteng.

Pelabuhan Ratu is one of the most attractive destinations that you can visit in Sukabumi Regency. Characteristics of Pelabuhan Ratu its on steep cliffs, of the large sea waves, and the panorama of the beach that very captivate. This is the reason why one of the place of interest in Sukabumi Regency become a popular destination for many tourist from the foreign countries. One of the unique things about this place of interest of Pelabuhan Ratu is mystical stories that are often associated with Nyi Roro Kidul. Myths and the mystical story become a part of the popularity of Pelabuhan Ratu as one of the most interesting destinations of place of interest in Sukabumi Regency, and much favored tourist domestic and foreign. 

Ciletuh Geopark is one of the place of interest in Sukabumi Regency. That are very popular till foreign countries. The place of interest in Sukabumi Regency, has 9 waterfall are very exotic there are; Curug Cimarinjung, Curug Puncak Manik, CurugAwang, Curug Tengah, Curug Sodong, Curug Cikanteh, Curug Nyelempet, Curug Dogdog dan Curug Ngelai. Not only that Ciletuh Geopark including the area of the oldest rocks on the Java Island which had existed for hundreds of millions years.

Ujung Genteng is one of the favorite place of interest for tourists who come to the Sukabumi Regency. Ujung Genteng is a small village in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Sukabumi Regency in West Java, about 80 Kilometers from Sukabumi. Ujung Genteng is famous for its Green Turtle nature reserve, surfing beaches and waterfalls, with OmbakTujuh (The Seventh Wave). This beach as one of the most extreme surfing beaches in Indonesia often visited surfers from Bali and growing in popularity with surfers from Australia and other countries.

            With the beauty of nature makes the Sukabumi Regency there many visitor from foreign countries. Many of them, after holiday in Sukabumi Regency get a unique experience and place of interest in Sukabumi Regency can be a reference for other regions to develop the potential of each regions to be more advanced. Therefore we have to take care of our regions and developing to go ahead.
